At Dímelo Hilando, we custom-make each First Communion dress, paying attention to every detail to ensure a perfect result. You can choose to visit one of our physical stores or place an order online. In both cases, we will guide you through the entire process in a simple and personalized way, always guaranteeing a unique result.
In-store experience
If you prefer to visit a physical store, remember that it is essential to request an appointment for First Communion fittings. This way, we can give you the dedication and time you deserve.
In our stores, you'll find part of the Dímelo team, who work every day to convey the values of the brand. For us, the personal experience and close, human treatment are as important as the dress itself. We want your visit to become a beautiful and special memory.
And if you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know in advance. This way, we can offer that time slot to another family who may have missed out.

We know that many of you don't have a Dímelo store near your home, so don't be afraid to place your order online. Write to us at info@dimelohilando.com with your name and a contact number. Within a maximum of 72 hours, we will contact you to guide you step-by-step through the process. You can also visit our online store: www.dimelohilando.com.
Knitwear and accessories
Our knitwear and accessories collection is made to order (with prior payment of an advance) and will begin to be delivered from March. Please note that we will deliver orders strictly in order of arrival, so you can place your order from October, knowing that we will deliver it from March 2026.

WHAT IS OUR WORK PROCESS?
One and a half months before the delivery of your dress, we will take measurements both in-store and those you provide online.
It is important to consider the dates for the photo shoot you wish to do with your daughters, as once the dress is delivered, we do not accept returns for damage or stains not caused by Dímelo Hilando, nor do we accept size changes due to growth.
To send your dress or accessory, the price difference must be paid (remember that you always pay the product reservation, not the full price, as we have indicated) and the shipping costs must be paid.
If you place your order, all the information will be available in a document that will be provided to you with shipping costs, returns, and other details.
The knitwear, accessories, and complements collection are made to order with prior payment of an advance and begin to be delivered from March.
