How long will it take for my order to ship if I place it today?
The delivery time for a standard shipment in the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands is 24-48 hours on business days. For orders outside the peninsula and Balearic Islands, these destinations must be consulted with our team to ensure proper service.
Delivery will be made by a transport agency during regular business hours, to the address provided. If no one is at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will call the telephone number provided.
What is the return period?
At Dímelo Hilando, we understand that sometimes a product may not always be what you expected. For this reason, we offer a period of 14 calendar days to exchange or return any garments you wish. To do so, items must be in perfect condition, with tags, and a proof of purchase is required.
Once all these requirements have been met, we will proceed with the corresponding refunds.
For home deliveries, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
